Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Backit, a platform that lets supporters send voluntary payments to creators. By using the website you agree to them.
The service
Backit provides creator pages, checkout and earnings tracking. Backit is not a bank, wallet or financial institution. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment partner.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.
Supporters
Support payments are voluntary contributions to a creator. They are not purchases of goods, a guarantee of any service, or an investment. Please see the Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.
Creators
- You must be legally able to receive payments in your country and complete identity verification before withdrawing.
- Each payment is split into the payment processor's fee, a platform fee and your earnings. The amounts are shown to you for every payment.
- Earnings are held for a short period before they become available to withdraw, and withdrawals are paid to a verified bank account after review.
- Earnings may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks or fraud.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, adult or hateful content, impersonation, selling prohibited goods, or to harm the service or others. We may withhold funds and cooperate with authorities where misuse is suspected.
Fees
Current fees and the minimum withdrawal amount are shown in the creator dashboard. We may change them with notice for future payments.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Backit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the conduct of creators or supporters. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we received for the payment concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after the date above means you accept the update.
